Roz Abhyas ("we") is operated by [Legal name: भरना बाकी / to be filled]. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

संक्षेप में: हम सिर्फ़ आपका नाम, WhatsApp नंबर, परीक्षा, ज़िला (वैकल्पिक) और क्विज़ के उत्तर रखते हैं, ताकि आपको रोज़ अभ्यास, स्कोर और रिपोर्ट भेज सकें। हम आपका डेटा कभी बेचते नहीं हैं। आप कभी भी STOP भेजकर संदेश बंद कर सकते हैं और डेटा हटाने को कह सकते हैं।

1. Data we collect

• Name, WhatsApp phone number, exam you are preparing for, district (optional).
• Your quiz answers, scores, streaks and the error reports you send.
• Messages you send to our WhatsApp number.
• Payment status and plan (payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details).

We do not collect Aadhaar, passwords, location tracking, contacts or any other data.

2. Why we use it

• To send your daily quiz link, score, rank, reports, reminders and payment links on WhatsApp.
• To calculate scores, weak topics and weekly ranks.
• To answer your support messages and fix reported errors.
• To improve questions (for example, finding questions that most students get wrong).

3. Consent

We process your data only after you agree at signup. You must be 18 years or older to sign up. You can withdraw consent at any time by sending STOP on WhatsApp or writing to us; we will then stop messages and delete your data as described below.

4. Leaderboard

Your name appears on the weekly rank list only if you choose to opt in. Otherwise you see your own rank, and others do not see your name.

5. Who processes the data for us

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver messages.
• Supabase (database, hosted in Mumbai, India) and Vercel (website hosting).
• Razorpay for payments.

We never sell or share your data with advertisers, coaching institutes or anyone else.

6. How long we keep it

While your account is active, and for up to 12 months after your last activity so you can come back to your history. After that it is deleted automatically. Message texts are deleted after 90 days. If you send DELETE, everything is erased at once, except payment records we must keep under tax law (no longer linked to your profile).

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop messages, at any time. On WhatsApp: send DATA to see what we hold, DELETE to erase it (we ask you to confirm with DELETE YES), STOP to stop messages. Or email [Email: भरना बाकी / to be filled]. If you are not satisfied you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Security

Quiz links are personal, signed and expire in 24 hours. Do not forward them. Our database is not publicly accessible and is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider.
